QoyaCoverMy friend, Qoya creator, writer and luminary Rochelle Schieck turned 36 on June 11th. Recently I asked her, if she could go back in time what she would want to whisper to her 18 year old self?

“Life is meant to be lived,” she said. “Learn from your lived experience. And stay true to yourself.”

Earlier this year, Rochelle released her book, Qoya: A Compass for Navigating an Embodied Life that is Wise, Wild and Free. https://www.lifestyleofreverence.com/collections/learn

My Amazon review reads: “The Dalai Lama said, “The world will be saved by the western woman.” This book shows you how it’s possible.

What means a lot to me is that Rochelle lives and writes about her life in a reverent way – even through scenes of sex, drugs, rock & roll and finally meeting her father for the first time at the age of thirty-four – Rochelle writes about her life like it really matters. And it does. And she reminds me that mine does too.

The greatest teachers to me are the humble ones. They don’t preach their message, they live it. Rochelle is one of them. She doesn’t ask you to believe in her message, she shows you how to remember your own.

This summer Rochelle is driving an infinity loop across the US to answer the question: Once you have woken up to the essence of who you are and the interconnection of all things, how are you integrating that awareness into your daily life?

In my book, Autobiography of an Orgasm, I describe how it felt to allow my body to start feeling again after years of numbness. As I researched my body, I was literally turning myself back on and igniting neural-pathways that brought vitality back into my essence.

Rochelle’s Infinity Migration Tour will be lighting a pathway of higher consciousness as Rochelle and D. Miller, founder of Project Butterfly, drive the infinity loop across the U.S. I imagine a trail of light following them, lighting up the U.S. during this time when we need action to go with our messages.
